Working at Arpinge since January 2018 as Legal Counsel). Previously he worked as Legal Counsel at Biomasse Italia S.p.A., company operating in the field of renewable energy and managing, inter alia, one of most important plant powered by biomass in Europe. He gained a strong experience in commercial contracts, he carried out several corporate operations, both ordinary and extraordinary, also managing the corporate secretary in favor of other companies of the group and the legal activities related to financing and refinancing operations. He also developed a specific focus on legality and compliance matters.
Earlier he worked at Allen&Overy, one of the magic circle international lawfirm, carrying out advisory activities on civil and commercial law and corporate secretary in favor of important international companies and banking groups.
He carried out research activities on labour law also collaborating with university chairs.
