San Lupo Plant

Location

The San Lupo wind farm, owned by the Eolica San Lupo S.r.l., is located in the municipality of San Lupo in Monte Ciesco, more precisely in the north east of the area, that is 773 metres above sea level.

The plant

It entered into operation at the end of June 2019 and consists of 16 Vestas V 117 wind turbines, with a single power of 3 MW, for a total installed capacity of 48 MW.

The connection to the 150 kV High Voltage electricity grid was realized through the construction of a 30 kV medium voltage power line for the transport of electricity from the wind farm to the new MT/AT substation installed in the municipality of Pontelandolfo (BN), in Località Malepara.
