PPA Committee

Since 2019, AEER has joined the PPA Committee (https://www.ppa-committee.eu/)

PPA Committee is a high profile network created in 2019 to promote the Italian way to Renewable PPA. Dozens of large electricity producing companies, utilities, traders, funds, banks, purchasing consortia and consumers of large volumes of energy are part of the network. The aim is to investigate the technological, market and regulatory conditions underlying the development of Renewable PPAs in Italy and worldwide. PPA Committee is an initiative by Public Affairs Advisors, a consultancy firm in institutional relations, REF-E, a consultancy firm specializing in energy markets, and the Herbert Smith Freehills law firm. The work promoted by the PPA Committee wants to materialize in a useful and proactive contribution for the efficient and timely realization of the objectives of energy policies in our country.
